I am operating and generating new life, new life.
How's your summer so far!?
little update about what I have been doing...
I have been busy making a studio space at my apartment and it is done. Now I can work on pieces bigger than 32", which was the previous limitation. The new life had started. I used to call this new studio area "the room of the terror" and it was 98% stuffed from wall to wall, floor to ceiling, with things I own. Some of boxes were never examined since I moved to the Park Slope 6 years ago. I also closed a storage place I was renting for nearly 10 years, which had my own art fair booth there which I used once. So, now I own the most expensive plywoods of the world, and I intend to chop them up to build things to fit my new life. (Did I mention that I acquired a brand new Milwaukee 6394, heavy duty circular saw with electric brake?)
The piece with the green tree in the photo above is my very latest work. It will be reunited with this blue piece blow from some years ago. The owner requested a match to this winter scene, titled "The corner of the midnight dream."
